If you need your prescriptions refilled, please inform the Doctor while you are in the office. There is a fee for all prescriptions that need to be written outside of an appointment.
Please bring all medications in their container to your appointments.
Please book your next appointment with the receptionist as you leave the office.
You should inform the receptionist when booking appointments for one of the following special services:
Pre-employment or school medical, Complete check-up, Driver's license medical, Completion of forms, Pap Smears, Any procedure requiring extra time.
Sick notes can only be provided if, the patient is seen at the time of absence from work/school, or the physician deems the patient to be unable to work/attend school.
Visits for sick notes may be subject to a fee.
Gander Medical Clinic is a scent free facility. Some of our patients, visitors and members of our health care team are sensitive to scented products or have conditions which are impacted by scents. We ask that you avoid the use of scented perfulmes, aftershave, deodorants and shampoo.
If you had any recent tests done and are looking for results, please inform the receptionist.
